Explosive ideas, methods, and applications for artist production, empowerment, and sustainability

What will BGE do and not do?

BGE does not do the work for artists. We do not create stars, superstars or number one hits.

BGE teaches, consults and guides artists how to either maintain total control of their career, or how to get the deal that will maintain the most control in their career. The goals are for the most avenues of profit and the best approaches and actions to create self sustaining, realistic, long term success.

BGE does not sign artists to contracts, agreements or long-term deals.

BGE works with the artist by using invoices and receipts without contracts.  This ensures the artist’s total control with no worry. We would like to have artists become self-sufficient, self-sustaining, and empowered so that they may have long-term successful careers.

BGE does not fund, finance, lend, or invest financially in artist projects.

BGE helps set up and organize fundraising, and assists artists with the methods to go after the funds and financials needed by setting up business plans and financial solicitation documents.

BGE does not book, set up tours, events, or showcases.

BGE assists in the organization and creation of live documents, performing contracts, and tour preparation to be implemented by the artist or as a solid package that can be easily used by the artist’s management or label.

BGE does not promote, market, or brand artists.

BGE works with the artist to set up the required and needed promotional documents, marketing plans, branding organization plans and layouts. BGE also educates the artist on how to promote, market and brand them selves for the best individual avenues for each artist in today’s market.

BGE does not solicit or send out packages or kits to industry third parties.

BGE prepares, directs and empowers artists to self-solicit and correctly distribute press, solicitation, songwriting, and promotional packages and materials themselves.

BGE does not work as a label for artists. BGE does not manage, book, solicit or represent artists.

BGE sets up artists with the execution plans to both self-represent and self-manage, or to properly study and obtain the right label, management group, booking agent or talent buyer to work with. It is up to the artist to take the proper steps the right way.

BGE does not take any percentages, production points, royalties, publishing, or any other fees period.

BGE works strictly on invoices and service fees for work done. BGE provides services that are paid for with no expectation of later percentages or profits.

BGE does not lie. If the truth hurts and you don’t want to hear it, buck up.

BGE will explain where they stand with any artist and be 100% honest.  If you are not a good fit, we will tell you and explain why. If you choose to go in a direction that is going to hurt more than help, we will explain why. In the end, it is the artists choice to do the right thing.

BGE does not receive money from investors, labels, or third parties that would alter or diminish our vision and our mission.

BGE is a self-sustaining entity that is run on the vision of Loren Weisman with independent donations and assistance. There is no one pulling any strings to sway decisions.
